It uses a motor power to move the high-grade surgical needles up and down into the skin with a high frequency. The length and depth of the needle is controlled by the medical aesthetician and is adjusted according to the area being treated.
Microneedling causes minimally invasive micro-injuries to the skin, without causing open wounds or ablative damage. The puncturing channels close after a short time and these micro-injuries trigger the body’s wound healing response, which induces collagen production. This triggers the construction of new tissue by stimulating healthy cell regeneration in areas that show the signs of aging. It effectively reduces wrinkles, tightens and thickens the skin, and fills and smooths scars.
POST CARE
Immediately after a Microneedling treatment, your skin will appear red and can have a slight heat sensation. This redness and slight heat sensation can last up to 24-48 hours. Your skin may also feel tight and dry for up to 24-48 hours. Please do not combine any other products in your home care regimen, other than what your professional has instructed you to use/do. Refrain from any exercise for at least 24-48 hours

Do not apply sunscreen for at least 48 hours
Avoid touching your face and keep hair/scarves away from the face
Keep the face clean at all times
Change pillow case nightly up to 5 days minimum following treatment
CHEMICAL PEELS
HOW IT WORKS
Chemical peels use a chemical solution to lower the skins PH . Loosening the connection between dead skin cells inducing exfoliation and promoting new cell growth. It removes superficial layers of the skin, revealing the healthy radiant skin underneath. Chemical Peels can reduce or improve fine lines and wrinkles, acne, scars, uneven skin tone and other skin imperfections. Different chemicals determine the depth of your peel and type of skin condition treated. This will be decided by your medical aesthetician.

POST CARE
Do not cleanse your skin the evening of your peel
Do not pick or pull any flaking skin
Do not tan or use a tanning booth for at least 14 days post peel
Do not get any electrolysis, threading, waxing or any other form of hair removal for at least 7 days post peel
Do not use any facial scrubs or any mechanical/chemical forms of exfoliation for 14 days post peel
Do not use any retinoic acid, aha or bha for 14 days post peel
Do not have any laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, hydrafacial or photo facials for 14 days post peel
Do not apply ice or ice water on the treated area
Do not use hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, and/or excessively hot showers/baths for at least 2 days post peel
Do not go swimming for at least 2 days post peel
Do not participate in aerobic exercise for 2 days post peel
Do not apply any makeup for at least 5 days post peel
